All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed on each product page and are charged in USD. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel an order arising from such an error (with a full refund).

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery of products is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this website — including artwork, graphics, product designs, logos, text and images — is owned by or licensed to Rohir Ventures LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rohir Ventures LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
