CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

Rohir Ventures LLP ("MIRO") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains order cancellations, returns, and how refunds are processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email team@miroapparel.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- In its original condition with all tags attached;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@miroapparel.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Email team@miroapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our return address.
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund or replacement.
REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD
Approved refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, and are credited back to your original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds are issued in USD (the currency of the original charge).
We offer free shipping on all orders. Return shipping costs (sending an item back to us) are borne by the customer, except where the return is due to our error (a defective or wrong item), in which case we cover them.
