SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy explains how Rohir Ventures LLP ("MIRO", "we", "us") processes, ships, delivers and exchanges orders placed on this website, including domestic (India) and international orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Within India: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, weather, or other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders, both within India and internationally. We dispatch orders through reputed courier and postal partners (such as India Post, DHL, FedEx, or Delhivery), and a tracking number is shared by email where available.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for a different size, or for a defective, damaged or incorrect item, within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email team@miroapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. For exchanges arising from our error (a defective or wrong item), we cover the shipping both ways.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
